Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting journey, and establishing a positive grooming routine early on is essential. At Kerry’s Canines in Claines, Worcester, I offer a specialised Puppy Pamper Package designed to gently introduce your puppy to grooming, ensuring they grow up comfortable and confident with the process.

This comprehensive package consists of three salon visits, each tailored to your puppy's comfort and developmental stage. During these sessions, your puppy will experience gentle handling and positive reinforcement, helping them associate grooming with a calm and enjoyable experience.

What's Included?

To support you at home, the package includes:

3 visits to the grooming salon
A grooming brush suited to your puppy’s coat type
A guidebook on maintaining your dog’s coat between professional grooms
Personalised advice on at-home grooming techniques and coat care

Owner Support & Advice

During your puppy’s introduction to grooming, I’ll also offer guidance on coat care at home, helping you keep on top of brushing and maintenance between grooms. This is especially important for breeds with high-maintenance coats to prevent matting and discomfort.

What age is this suitable for?

As soon as your puppy has had their vaccinations and they are allowed to walk outside and mix with other dogs, then they can begin their grooming journey with me. This is typically suited for puppies up to the age of 6-8 months.

How long does the course last?

I would ideally like to see your puppy at the salon every 2 to 3 weeks during their course. This is to ensure continuity, establish their grooming routine and reassure them that visiting the salon is fun, and not something to be feared.
